Ciclonex serves businesses, not consumers; the information we handle is primarily business contact and order information.

Beyond what you send us, the only information gathered automatically is what our web server records in its standard access logs — your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These logs exist to keep the site running securely and to diagnose faults; we do not use them to build a profile of you. Note that our dealer application, contact, and quote forms currently hand your message to WhatsApp or your own email program to send — so those submissions reach us through that channel rather than being stored on this website.

This site sets no cookies at all, and we do not run advertising, tracking, or profiling scripts of any kind. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are visited. It is cookie-free: it sets nothing on your device, does not fingerprint you, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. It records page views and basic technical details such as browser type, referring site and country — never anything that identifies you personally. We use it only to understand which parts of the site are useful.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and meet legal and tax obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
In practice this means transaction and accounting records are kept for the period required by Panamanian commercial and tax law; dealer account records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards; enquiries that do not lead to an account are kept only as long as needed to deal with them; and web server access logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. You may request to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity and the business you represent before acting on a request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Ciclonex operates from Panama, and our systems and partners may process your information in Panama and in other countries. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify dealers of significant changes.
