Once approved, we quote you at wholesale pricing and you place orders against those quotes — all in English or Spanish.

Ciclonex sells to the trade only — shops, workshops, distributors and resellers. We're a wholesale supplier, not a retail store, so we don't sell single units to the public.

Minimums vary by product since we buy factory-direct. Many items have a per-SKU minimum, and some orders have an overall minimum value to make consolidated shipping worthwhile.

The MOQ that applies to your order is stated on your quote, alongside pricing and lead time.

Lead time is confirmed on each quote, because it depends on whether the item is already consolidated in the Colón Free Zone, on factory production time for made-to-order goods, and on your destination. We give you a firm lead time with your pricing, before you commit to anything.

Items already consolidated in Panama can ship faster; custom or made-to-order goods take longer. We give you a target date with every quote.

Our prices are wholesale, for the trade, and they are not published on the catalog — you can browse products and specs freely, but the numbers come back on a quote. Once your dealer account is approved, ask for a quote on the items you want and we price them against your account.

Because we buy factory-direct and consolidate through Panama, you skip the importer-and-reseller markups that usually sit between the factory and your shelf.

We typically work with bank transfer and wire payment for wholesale orders. Exact methods, currency and any deposit requirements are confirmed on your quote.

Payment terms are agreed per account — new dealers usually start with payment up front, and terms can be reviewed as the relationship grows.

We bring goods from multiple factories together at our facility in the Colón Free Zone, so a single collection covers what would otherwise be several separate imports. We sell EXW Colón Free Zone: the consolidated order is made ready for you, and you or your freight forwarder collect it and arrange onward transport. If you’d rather we organise freight, we can do that on your behalf, at your cost, when agreed in writing.

Freight method, costs and customs handling depend on your country and order size — we lay these out clearly on each quote so there are no surprises.

We focus on South America, Central America and the Caribbean, shipping from the Colón Free Zone. If you're outside our usual coverage, contact us — we'll tell you honestly whether we can supply your market.

In many cases yes — we can arrange samples so you can check quality before committing to a full order. Sample pricing and shipping are quoted case by case.

We quality-check the lines we list, and if goods are defective or not as described we will put it right. Because we sell EXW, you or your carrier should check quantities and condition against the packing list at collection, and raise anything visible with us before the goods leave our facility — loss or damage in transit after that is a matter for your carrier and insurer. Where a product carries a manufacturer’s warranty we pass those terms on and support your claim with the factory. The full warranty and returns process is set out in your dealer agreement.
